Shipping and delivery
All products will be shipped within 14 to 28 business day. The departure of the package and its delivery time will be sent to you by email. We can not be held responsible for delivery times once items have left the shop.
All orders processed by pascallabelle.com are delivered with Canada Post, FedEx or DHL shipping services. All orders come with a unique tracking code that you can track through your account or on the official websites of Canada Post, de Fed Ex ou DHL.
The ultimate objective of Pascal Labelle Collection is to satisfy its customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us for a credit note or an exchange if the meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 15 days of your delivery date.
- In its original condition, unused, unmodified and unwashed.
- Returned with all the labels in the original packaging.
- The merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style in another color or size.
Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged by mail. Currently, we do not offer returns or in-store exchanges. Pascal Labelle Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not complying with our return and exchange policy. In this case, items will be returned to the original shipping address.
How to request a return on an exchange:
- Contact our team at email@example.com
- Please indicate if you are requesting for a return or an exchange, the status of the transportation box and the reason for your return, and then submit your request. If you return a damaged product, please attach to the form pictures showing the damage. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate in the comment box the new size or color you wish to receive. Your return request should be processed within 24 hours during office hours.
- If your return request is accepted, we will send you an e-mail containing a return number.
How to ship your return or exchange:Credit note:
- Following the reception of your package, the credit note will be processed within seven to ten business days.
- You will be notified by e-mail when the credit note is issued.
- Once we have received your package at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed within five business days. If the product was received damaged, it twill be retuned to the sender without exchange.
- You will be notified by e-mail when you new article is shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. Delivery fees for exchanges are covered by Pascal Labelle Collection.

If you are dissatisfied with items purchased at a regular price, we will gladly accept undamaged, unworn and defective items for a credit note or exchange within 14 days from the date of original purchase.
Products on sale or promotion are considered final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returned goods must include a receipt, packaging and verifiable labels, as well as being in their original condition.
The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered. If a customer is not satisfied with the merchandise purchased or received as a gift (at regular price), the item can be exchanged for an identical or comparable item or a credit note in the form of a gift card within 14 days following the original purchase date.
Pascal Labelle Collection reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion.
